LAKHIMPUR KHERI:”The post mortem of a eight-year-old woman found dead at a sugarcane field in a village close two weeks ago has disclosed that she had been raped before being strangled to death,” authorities said on Tuesday.
The lady had gone missing on Sunday if she shot out her goats for grazing and her entire body has been discovered in a sugarcane area late at evening.
“The post mortem report with a panel of 3 physicians has established the origin of the woman’s death was asphyxia due to antemortem strangulation,” Lakhimpur Kheri superintendent of police, Vijay Dhull, stated on Tuesday,”The woman was also raped prior to being murdered,” that the SP, who’d visited the offense place on Monday, stated.
He explained,”Together with the postmortem report verifying rape, the authorities also have included the segments of rape under the Penal Code and Protection of Children against Sexual Offences from the FIR.” The family members of this woman was imagining rape prior to murder along.
No arrest has been made up to now from the situation.
