Hyderabad: A 17-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide at her home here, reportedly annoyed after her father scolded him because of playing games on my cellphone, said the police on Monday.
The girl, a second year old student, was reprimanded by his father on Sunday night while he played the game on the cellphone, after that he went to the bedroom and hung himself with a saree to the ceiling fan, they said.
Family members immediately shifted him to the State Managed Hospital and while undergoing treatment, he died, police said, added a registered case.
