AGRA: A 16-year-old woman committed suicide after her neighbor, who was blackmailing her to escape her objectionable photographs and movies, posted them social websites employing a fake accounts, authorities said Monday. She wrapped herself in her house Sunday, seven days after she lodged a complaint in Etmadpur Police Station from 20-year-old Vishal, his mom Preeti, dad Raju and their comparative Suraj Rathore to blackmailing her, and he said. The accused filed them on the web about a couple of weeks back as well as the account has been suspended following the sufferer dialed the 1090 girls helpline variety, according to authorities. At the complaint filed on May 19, the Dalit woman had informed authorities who Vishal captured her videos and pictures also stored requesting 1.5 lakh to never make them . The accused was absconding since the filing of this complaint and has been detained on Monday, Circle Officer Archana Singh explained. A case has been lodged under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) (SC/ST) Act, 1989; the Protection Of Children against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act; the Information Technology (IT) Act and applicable Sections of the Indian Penal Code, such as blackmailing, Superintendent of Police, West (Agra Rural) Satyajeet Gupta stated.
