Girl married her boyfriend before accused of rape

Agra: Two years after a girl emotionally squeezed and forced by her parents to give a statement to her boyfriend, who was imprisoned for allegedly raping and kidnapping in 2019 in Aligarh, the girl married her on Tuesday, three months after she turned 18.

Varun was booked on June 7, 2019 for kidnapping and raped his female friend and was corrugated at the orders of the High Court of Allahabad in March last year after spending almost 9 months in prison.
“We were not related after I came out with a guarantee when my lawyer told me that it could fight me and I could oppose sent back to prison,” Varun told Toi added that Khushi contacted him and came to Aligarh a few days ago to submit a written statement In court and finally they gathered.
Lawyer Khushi Chitranjan Agarwal said that the girl appeared before the Pocso court on Tuesday and submitted a written statement.
The hearing date of the case is scheduled for August 2.
