Motihari: A 13-year-old Muzaffarpur girl accused her father sexually harassed it.
The man, who was a bank official posted in the East Champaran, was arrested on Sunday after the girl filed a complaint with a female police station at Muzaffarpur on Saturday.
Sho’s female police station Sarvdaya Snehi said the girl accused her father sexually misused for the past two years.
The medical examination report was awaited.
However, the Bank official claimed that he was innocent and his first wife had hatched conspiracy against him.
Snehi, however, said he was sent to prison on Monday night.
Muzaffarpur aware DSP Ram Naresh Paswan, who interrogated him, said his first wife tried to beat him to take revenge when bank officials were married to other women in Motihari recently.
Paswan said the official had one son and a daughter of his first wife, with whom he had an acidic relationship for a long time.
DSP said he married another woman after receiving approval from her first wife.
