‘Give a 12% quota, Dalit Bandhu to a minority’

Hyderabad: Garjana Minority from the Congress Party demanded that the Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao come out with the Bandhu Minority for the development of OPF Muslims and other minority communities on the Dalitsed of Dalits stripes.
