Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court has directed the state government to be placed on records of records taken to extend the midday eating scheme to students during this year’s summer vacation.
The special division bench consisting of Chief Judge Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice Aravind Kumar gave this direction after the central government told the court that permission had provided the necessary funds.
Bench shows that considering this statement, there are no obstacles in the way the state government expands the scheme for summer vacations.
