GMDA is looking for applications for the Board

Gurgaon: With the term of office of the previous member of the Population Advisory Council (RAC), it ended in December last year, the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has now invited applications from the occupants for body nominations.
The application is being sought from four citizen categories, including one involved with non-governmental organizations, desirable to work in the field of environmental conservation, water conservation, or solid waste management, which has a “practical and significant experience” in city planning, architecture and engineering, And third which has contributed significantly in the fields of law and law, literature, arts, culture, sports, education, and health, and “no more than two people” of between civilians or the military.

People can send their nominations until January 31 by email, post, or by hand,” said an official Senior GMDA.
The purpose of RAC, in accordance part 11 of the GMDA Law, 2017, is “to advise authority and provide guidance on the implementation of its functions and performance”.

We have written to industry associations requesting their recommendations.
Likewise, for the Ministry of Manpower, we have written to the Deputy Commissioner of Labor to send us a panel of labor associations,” said the official quoted above.
