Gurgaon: With the term of office of the previous member of the Population Advisory Council (RAC) which had ended in December last year, the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has now invited applications from the occupants for body nominations.
The application is being sought from four citizen categories, including one involved with non-governmental organizations, desirable to work in the field of environmental conservation, water conservation, or solid waste management, which has a “practical and significant experience” in city planning, architecture and engineering, And a third party who has contributed significantly in the fields of law and law, literature, arts, culture, sports, education, and health, and “no more than two people” of among the population of the civil or military service.
“The previous RAC ownership ended in December last year.
At present, we have invited applications from residents from four fields to nominees to RAC.
People can send their nominations until January 31 by email, post, or by hand,” said a person GMDA senior official.
