Gurgaon: Stretching 11 kilometers between sectors 99 and 115 connects Dhankot with the Delhi-Gurgaon border will soon be repaired by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA).
Metropolitan authorities have invited online offers for jobs that will cost around Rs 1.86 Crore, officials said.
The road, was built by Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in the early 2000s, seeing heavy traffic every day, especially with Dwarka Expressway still being built.

However, nearly 10 km of stretch of road is decorated with craters and holes that worsen traffic congestion, chaos and pose an accident risk.
“The work will include road repairs, surface drains and clean bushes and other obstacles.
At this time at the tender stage.
The work will begin after being allocated,” Major Shaveta Sharma, executive engineer, GMDA, said on Saturday.
Authority, he said, has floated tenders that invite online offers earlier this week for contractors to improve and maintain stretches for 12 months.
Recently, Chairman of Manohar Minister Lal Khattar has directed the Gurgaon District Government to ensure that all roads were damaged during the rain 30 November believed.
“It is very good that GMDA intends to repair this road, however, we know better than expecting work will be executed in the near future,” Nirmal Kumar said, said Sector 102 residents, said.
The proximity to Delhi, he added, is actually a big joy and which is why some people choose to live in this Gurgaon section.
“However, our hopes have been completely donated.
Dwarka Expressway is not as close as the current settlement and this road is very difficult, and dangerous, to use.
His crater is large and all stretches are not evenly distributed,” Kumar added.
