Gnida Bullots 11 plots for vegetable & milk booths

Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) auctioned 11 plots below its region for milk and vegetable booths and 110 bidders has chosen the scheme.
Overall, 16 plots rose to be contested and they all had been allocated, officials said.
The size of 11 plots for milk booths and vegetables ranges from 200 square meters to 500 square meters and the highest bid in e-auction is for a 500 square meter plot in imagining Nagri at Rs 11.12 Crore.
The plot under the scheme launched last month was spread on Zeta 1, ETA 1, Sweet Nagri, Sigma, Omicron 1 A, MU, XU 2, and Sector 36.
In addition, five other plots were also offered as part.
From the scheme, took a total of 16.
The authorities expected RS 22.61 crore income from this allotment and responded, said officials, more schemes like that might be offered immediately.
“Gnida has improved the minimum reserve price of RS 28.12 Lakh and the maximum RS 85 lakh with conditions that cannot open another store at 11 plots except for milk kiosks and vegetables.
We got a positive response and almost 10 bidders applied for each plot in e-auction .
On the day of supply, the process has started at 10 am and continues until 8:30 a.m., “said Deep Chandra, additional Chief Executive Officer, Gnida.
He added that this was the first scheme launched by the Development Authority in 14 years.
Gnida Chief Executive Narendra Bhushan said they were developing infrastructure and civil facilities in various regions.
“This scheme will take care of basic requirements of occupants,” he said, adding to housing, housing groups and commercial plot schemes, authorities will launch more milk and vegetable plot schemes.
