Greater Noida: With the expansion of the project and the growth of the housing industry, the authority of the Industrial Development Noida (Gnida) moved towards decentralization with zonal offices planned on Delhi lines.
Below, the second Gnida office will appear in the renewal of Noida in about two-three months with a cost of Rs 2.1 Crore where CEO and Aceo officers will sit on certain days of the week.
This step comes to participating in more than 2-3 residential residents and almost 101 Rwas and Aoas in the region that seeks citizenship, electricity, horticulture, maintenance, and related property in the vicinity where they have to travel more than 25 km from Kisan from drinking.
Chowk to the Gnida office is currently at Park Park IV in Greater Noida.
While the Gnida Board meeting was recently held on June 26 last month past the proposal for the second office in the region, the authorities had started the tender for the office complex.
Two other offices were planned in the field of Phase II in Greater Noida which took a total of four Gnida offices in the near future, officials said.
Gnida Narendra Bhoohan CEO said the ExtionSio Noida office would be an independent office, which will serve the purpose of the area, including property and policy decisions, maps and opening projects that are from civilian problems, maintenance and electricity.
“The office will be built on a plot of 11,000 square meters in TechZone IV.
We have initiated a tender for the project to be built at a cost of Rs 2.1 Crore.
It is expected that it is ready in two-three months,” said AK Arora, General Manager (Projects) Gnida.
