Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) has decided to temporarily hire government retired employees to fill around 70 main posts.
Officials say the Planning Department, Engineering, Public Health and Land are faced with severe labor shortages.
This step comes almost a month after noida authorities drift requirements for retirees of government employees.
But while Noida tried to fill up only six posts, Greater Noida looking for 70 personnel.
A Gnida official said, “Look, Noida has around 1,040 permanent employees.
We have less than 275 today.
In addition, we have been instructed by senior Department of Industry officials to fill the emptiness without expecting government intervention.” Official comments suggested that the government not planned Recruitment drive like now.
The large Noida Authority requires 15 architects, 10 engineers, 10 sanitation inspectors and 10 lectures.
Apart from them, Gnida also wants horticulture, stenography, and administrative managers.
The work will be offered for six months and extensions can be given after being reviewed if the authority feels.
