Greater Noida: the authority of the large Noida Industrial Development (Gnida) on Thursday launched a scheme to offer nine commercial plots.
As many as 31,328 land sqmt offered and the authorities expect an investment of Rs 139 Crore from the scheme.
The application form can be downloaded from the Gnida website until October 8 and the last date to send it is October 12.
The plot will be auctioned on October 25.
“The commercial department of the authority has launched a scheme where nine plots will be offered.
To prepare a commercial place such as malls, shopping complexes, and hotels.
This plot is located in the Delta 2 sector, Gamma 2, ETA 1, P-4.
PI 1 and Sector 36 , “said Narendra Bhoohan, CEO of Gnida.
The price of the plot reserve – ranges from 7.455sqmt and 1,200sqmt – has been saved at Rs 44,250 per SQMT and Rs 46,190 per sqmt for two Fars.
“The authority will divert a total of 31,328 SQMT under this scheme.
The total value of this plot, based on the price upside down, is around RS 139 Crore,” said BhooShan.
Residents welcome to move.
“There is a need for shopping and complex centers in sectors such as Gamma 2, Delta 2, PI 1, etc.
Repair will help benefit many regional residents,” Surendra Bhati, a larger resident of Noida.
