Greater Noida: Greater Noida Authority on Monday launched a housing scheme for homes that are ready to move, built-up and highrise apartments.
Under the scheme, around 113 independent houses starting from 120 to 200 square meters available along with 1,467 flats in highriss built-up one, two and three bedrooms in various sectors.
The online application for open schemes will begin from November 10.
One-story home is offered in the housing sector XU 1, 2 and 3 – 12 of each building in the XU 1 sector for RS 82.91 lakh respectively, 15 building 120 square meters -Masing in the Xu 2 sector for Rs 58.99 Lakh, and 86 single floor plots built 120 square meters in the XU 3 sector for Rs 58.99 Lakh.
“These are all buildings and flats that are ready to move free from all confiscations and allotte will be able to take possession immediately as soon as the downstairs process is complete,” said Narendra Bhoooshan, CEO of Gnida.
Apart from this, the authority also offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK flats are ready to move in tall buildings in various sectors such as Omicron 1 and 1A, MU 2, XU 3, ETA 2 and SECTOR 12.
In the Omicron 1A sector, there are 521 flats 2BHK of 70 square meters each at a price of Rs 30.02 Lakh, while the flats of 104 square meters in the same sector are offered for RS 45.32 lakh.
Application can be done at www.greatoroidaeuthority.in.
The rate will be carried out on the basis and the first preference to come, first will be given to opting to make payments at once.
There will also be options to pay installments.
The applicant must register by paying 10% of the total building / flat fee through online application facilities.
Applicants who managed to deposit 20% from the amount in 60 days from the date of allotment.
