Every company or builder found using the Gnida logo without permission will be subject to a fine of RS 10 Lakh followed by the act of renting cancellation.
“Authority has decided to impose a fine of RS 10 lakh to companies that will be involved in the use / application of unauthorized logos for their product promotion, projects or units.
