Greater Noida: To attract industries, GNIDA will develop more sectors within Ecotech industrial block and is acquiring land from Maycha, Ghanghola, Fazayalpur and other villages through direct purchase.
Narendra Bhooshan, chief executive officer of the authority, said that blocks in Ecotech 10 and 11 are being prepared for allotment of units.
“We have launched a scheme and will give preference to industries and entrepreneurs into manufacturing of cylinders, pharmaceuticals, drugs, hospital equipment, mattresses, beds, cylinders as well as industrial gases,” Bhooshan said.
About 41 plots ranging between 905 sqm and 4061.3 sqm are on offer.
The rate of plots measuring up to 4000 sqm is Rs 11,240 per sqm while plots of 4,000 sqm to 8,000 sqm are allocated at Rs 9,685per sqm.
In another development, the authority has also extended the dates for the allottees to get their building plans and maps sanctioned offline by June 30.
From next month, the applications will have to be routed through the authority’s portal.
