On this basis, officials suspected that he had become a Christian and, thus, was disqualified from maintaining the PALLAN Hindu community certificate.
Slamming arguments, the first bench said: “There are no suggestions in Affidavit that he has left his faith or that he has embraced Christianity this is the same as possible that he is, as part of the family, can accompany the husband and children.
Sunday Matina, but facts That someone goes to church does not mean that the person has been abandoned by the original faith for the person was born.
” Judges further said: “The acting and behavior of the authorities describes the level of narrow mind that the constitution does not push.” It will do well for members of the supervision committee to approach this problem with a broader mind than it is clear in this case, they said.
Observing that the actions taken by the authorities seemed arbitrary and based on suspect and alleged without the support of material facts, the judge canceled the sequence passed by the district collector and directed by the government to restore the certificate initially published in supporting Muneeswari immediately.
