Panaji: Even when state-level nights remain valid until July 12, the government on Sunday allows bars and restaurants to operate from 7am to 9pm, but with a capacity of 50%.
The government has also allowed events, including marriage, up to 100 people or 50% of the hallway capacity, which is lacking, with the approval of the district judge or sub-district judge.
New relaxation comes into force on Monday.
It also said that shops can remain open from 7am to 6pm, compared to the time at 3 o’clock in the afternoon before.
Announcement for this was made by CM Pramod Sawant last week.
The state government of the state has also allowed public consultation for the draft coastal zone management plan scheduled on July 8 to the settlement of hearing in the venue, depending on compliance with the appropriate behavior of Covid.
The state government says that for cremation or funeral, up to 20 people will be permitted without the need for permission.
