Goa: BJP has failed to provide the 2017 manifesto, said Congress

Panaji: Congress on Thursday alleged that BJP failed to fulfill his last election manifesto.
Failure to restart mining and also promote Goa as a tourist destination, said the party.
“BJP cannot bring the election manifesto from the 2017 assembly election into reality,” Congress Committee of Congress Pradesh (GPCC) Secretary General of Sunil Kawthankar told reporters along with the party official Avinash Tavares.
BJP has promised to build Ravindra Bhavans in each taluka, but some of them have not finished.
“The renovation of the academy was taken without a job that was tendered.
It failed to encourage local art and craftsmen,” he said.
Said that BJP could not advance the cave tourism industry and created employment opportunities, Kawthankar said that the party had to tell people why failing to fulfill his election promises despite having a double machine government.
Another arena of failure, he said, is traffic management, and creates and maintains road infrastructure.
The streets were excavated several times the heat was mixed, however, his work was below standard, he accused.
The quality of the newly built infrastructure such as Setu Atil is also poor and, Moverover, the third bridge built for spending crores rupees has developed a hole, said Kawthankar.
Some parts of the country, he said, do not get adequate water supply even though the BJP government repeatedly talks about providing 24×7 water supply.
Likewise, said Kawthankar, BJP failed to provide other promises, especially to provide work to unemployment.
Instead, the country witnessed a lot of work fraud, he added.
