PANAJI: The first terminal exam for class XII students by the secondary education council to Goa and higher will be held from December 8, the Board said, announcing the final schedule for the exam on Monday.
For most subjects, exams for students from a general flow will be carried out in the format of multiple choice questions (MCQ).
Students will answer the exam through the OMR sheet.
In most days, the exam will begin at 9 am or 11:30.
Students have been asked to report half an hour exam before scheduled to start.
“Under any circumstances, the exam must be postponed even though every day is expressed as a public holiday.
SOP to carry out the examination will be intimidated far before,” the council said.
Practical examination for students streams in general is expected to start from February 18, 2022, and the right schedule will be released then to school, said the council.
In accordance with the policy for the academic year 2021-22, councils – and not school – will do each of the two final exams.
In the first terminal exam, students will be assessed based on multiple choice questions.
The second term will consist of assessment based on subjective questions.
The signs of the first term and the examination of the second term will contribute to the final score of the end of the student, the council states.
This policy also allows schools to get ‘creative’ with their internal assessment.
