Goa boards to declare class X today

PANAJI: The results close to 24,000 class X students will be stated by the secondary education council to Goa and higher on Monday, at 5 pm.
The Chairperson of Goa Council Bhagirath Shetye said that students would be able to enter their seats on the link given on the board website and get their marking.
Because of the pandemic, the state government has canceled class X public examination.
This year’s results have been prepared by the results committee formed by each school, which has then been submitted to the Board for the Declaration of Results.
Shetye said that the results were stated to 23,967 students in the regular category and 517 repeaters.
“For the first time, there are more boys than girls for whom the class X will be stated.
The results were stated for 13,011 boys like fighting 10,956 girls,” Shetye said.
With the public examination canceled, the council announced a scheme for tabulation results based on an internal sign.
Assessment will be made by giving the canceled material from the performance of students on the first and second formative examination carried out by the school during the 2020-21 academic year.
Some weights will also go to the beginning or other tests carried out by the school, besides weight to class IX performance.
