Panaji: North Goa Court has faced the allegations of murder and rash and negligent driving against the bus driver who killed two people and injured other people while driving in the wrong direction in the KTC bus holder.
The court argues that the material at the record raises the Prima Facie violation under Section 304 (Part II) of the Indian Code (IPC) on the defendant.
