The union government observed that countries had transferred funds collected for the welfare of the people in the mining belt.

Officers said that the provisions of the 9b part of the mine and mineral development regulations (amendments) of ACT, 2015, must be strictly obeyed in connection with the use of funds by the District Mineral Foundation and there are no funds transferred in any way from the district mineral foundation to state states or state-level funds or relief funds main or other funds or schemes.
He said that the central government has found examples of district mineral funds transferred for other purposes.
The District Mineral Foundation was introduced in the Law in 2015 to create a district entity for the welfare of people affected by mining that contributed directly by the mineral concession holders, as opposed to payment of royalties and premium auctions, which are stored with the country.
The action also mandated that district mineral foundations work for the benefit and benefits of people and regions affected by mining regarding operations.
“In fact, such a transfer of funds from the DMF to the State Level Agency defeated the objectives of depositing DMF contributions and regulators at the district level.
Therefore, the transfer of any part of the regency mineral foundation funds for each state-level entity for its utilization is a violation of parts 9b from the law, “he said.
