PANAJI: The Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has requested the authorities to add it at the authorities job force/steering committee, which is likely to undertake the next wave.
“Covid-19 isn’t only a health crisis, but also a social and economic one,” the commission said in a communication to the authorities.
Chairperson of the commission, Peter Borges explained that the task force includes physicians, but nobody in the societal area.
“Social problems should also be shared and cannot be dispersed,” he explained.
The commission has indicated that college counsellors be trained to provide qualitative first aid (PFA) to assist children experiencing moderate levels of distress to assist them feel serene and encouraged to allow them to deal with their own challenges.
In addition, it has requested for publishing disaggregated information on the government site regarding a variety of groups of children examined for Covid-19, discovered favorable, recovered and died because of this virus.
