PANAJI: The Chairman of the Minist of Pramod Sawant was in a two-day visit to New Delhi starting Sunday night.
He was accompanied by the speaker assembly of Rajesh Patnekar, Deputy Minister of Chandrakan Kavlekar, Minister of Urban Development Mirind Up and PWD Minister Deepak Pauskar.
Sawant, Pathnekar, Kavlekar and rise will meet the Interior Minister Amit Shah and Minister of Tribal Union Arjun Munda’s Minister on Monday about the inclusion of the Dhangar community in the scheduled tribe category.
The minister’s chairman, Pauskar and rising will meet with the Minister of Transportation and Jalan Raya Nitin Gadkari on Monday to discuss issues related to national highway projects in Goa.
Sawant is likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss various problems related to the country.
He said that the MoU would be signed on Monday with Exploration Mineral Corporation Ltd to identify a new iron ore mine in the state for e-aplees.
The Union Minister for Mines Pralhad Joshi will be present for signing.
Sawant also tends to discuss other issues such as mining and mhadei with the central government.
The main minister also tends to meet the port of trade unions and the minister of shipping to discuss the reduction in handling of coal in MPT.
