NEW DELHI: Tehelka founder-editor Tarun Tejpal was acquitted at a sexual assault case a week. Tejpal has been accused of attack to a colleague at a Goa resort in 2013. The judge in her sequence mentioned 6 points which she considered significant throughout the trial also stated that the prosecution had failed to demonstrate that the fees under 5 of these. In its 527-page sequence, the court referred to different lapses from Goa authorities in addition to contradictions from the survivor.
