Mangegueshkar asked the driver to produce documents and remove Challan for not wearing a uniform.
The police further replaced that the defendant began to argue with PSI and abuse it with dirty words and then left the place.
That was the case of prosecution that after some time was accused of returning on two-wheeled and blocking Psi and Constable near the market Mapusa.
