Panaji: Testing for Covid-19 began to rise again after soaking during a lively weekend.
3,341 samples were tested and 54 new Covid-19 infections were reported.
The weekly case of the weekly case between 6 and 12 September was 1.54% for North Goa and 1.44% for South Goa.

Panaji has the highest active case in 57 followed by Margao with 56, Canacona with 44, Cansaulim with 36, Chinchinim with 35, Siolim with 35, Mapusa with 34, Cortralim with 28, Porda, Candolim and Ponda with 24, Corlim with 23 and curorim and Quepem with 22 each.
There is no center that does not have a positive case, but some health centers have active cases in one digit.
Aldona has nine, Shiroda has eight, Dharbandora Lima, Cansarvanem four and Mayem and Madkai three.
