PANAJI: The count of the daily case continues to fall on Saturday registering 472 Covid-19 infections.
With 1,219 recovery, state active cases at 5,215.
While the level of prospitis was reduced to 10.6%, that day saw six Covid-19 deaths.
Of the six mortality, two are not vaccinated, two-double-vaccination, one vaccinated partly and information for someone is not available.
Goa Medical College (GMC) and hospital officials said two people – a man vaccination was 80 years old from Vapoi and a 82-year-old woman who was not vaccinated from Carmona, died mainly from Covid-19.
In others, Covid-19 is an incidental finding.
Two 80s women died within 24 hours after entering GMC.
In addition, a 50-year-old man who was vaccinated from Mungul, had chronic liver disease, and a 38-year-old man with alcohol dependence, died at the South Goa District Hospital.
Daily hospitalization fell from 52 on Thursday, up to 28 on Friday and 25 on Saturday.
While 15 was dismissed from the hospital, 447 chose to house isolation.
Wise levels in the weekly district are also reduced.
For weeks between January 28 and February 3, North Goa recorded a weekly level of 28.5% and South Goa 22.5%.
More than 72% of the tests carried out on Saturday are RT-PCR and the rest are fast antigen tests.
