Panaji: Goa Receives Rs 213 Crore from the center as a compensation for GST deficiencies, as part of the 40,000 RS Crore released to various states under the back-to-back center loan facility to meet the GST collection and compensation.
The same number was released in mid-July because the center of helping the state and the United area fulfilled the lack of tax income.
This is an additional normal GST compensation released every two months from the actual Cess GST collection.
The center suggests the state to use funds to meet their public expenditure, especially the increase in health infrastructure and completion of infrastructure projects through proper planning.
