PANAJI: President of RAM Nath Kovind gave the president’s color to Indian Navy flights in the ceremonial parade held at Base Ins Hansa here in Goa on Monday.
On that occasion, the President was given an honorary guard by the Indian Navy.
Kovind, who was at the visit of the trees to Goa, presented the president’s color for naval flights in the presence of the Admiral Naval Chief of Navy Karambir Singh.
Goa Governor Pillai, Head of Minister of Pram Sawant and the others was present during his functions at Base Ins Hansa located in the city of Vasco, about 40 km from Capital State Panaji.
The president’s color is the highest honor given to military units in recognition of its extraordinary services for the nation.
