Matruchhaya is a societal organisation specializing in the support of orphaned, destitute and abandoned kids.
It’s three child protection houses — Matruchhaya Balika Kalyan Ashram, Dhavali, Bala Kalyan Ashram, Talaulim, along with Balika Kalyan Ashram, Margao — that collectively house 110 kids.
Chairman of the hope Shrinivas Dempo stated that the effort could concentrate on providing succour to kids in situations where the pandemic has abandoned them distraught.
