Panaji: Goa reported more than 100 new Covid-19 infections for the second day in a row on Wednesday.

A 85-year-old man from Seraulim died on Wednesday, five days after entering the Goa Medical College and Hospital.
He tested positive for Covid-19 two days before hospitalization and had symptoms seven days earlier.
He reportedly suffered from diabetes, hypertension and chronic kidney disease.
Eleven more people were hospitalized and five out.
Ninety-nine people chose to isolate home and 90 others recovered from Covid-19.
Active casing rose to 1,018 after falling under 1,000 mark on Tuesday for the first time in about five months.
