PANAJI: National President of BJP J P Nadda will be in Goa on a two-day visit on November 24 and 25.
“The National President will be in Goa to overcome Kariyakaras,” said BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade.
Nadda will arrive at 19:30 on Wednesday and start the tour in the state the next day, on Thursday, 9:15 a.m.
with a visit to Shree Mahalaxmi Temple in Panaji.
From the temple, Nadda will go to BJP Karyarta Melava at the Community Hall in Valpoi, which will begin at 11 am.
The National BJP President will continue the same afternoon to Bicholim for a Karyakarta Sammelan to be held at Hirabai Zantye Memorial Hall, at 3pm.
In July, Nadda had visited Goa to start preparations for the assembly selection of 2022.
On Monday, the Chairman of the Minister of Pramod Sawant said that the election of the Assembly in Goa was expected to be held in early February 2022 and the code of ethics would be carried out by January.
During the July visit, Nadda held a marathon meeting with ministers, MLA and office carriers to understand the political situation in the state.
In 2012, driving a Wave of Manohar Parragar, BJP for the first time received 21 seats at home 40 members.
Although in 2017, it failed to win the majority, Parragar quickly formed a coalition government.
The 2022 election will be the first time BJP will go to the poll in the state without Parragar.
