Ponda: The house in Ponda has been declared as a micro detention zone after a nine family, including two old men and women’s dentists attached to the Louletim Primary Health Center (PHC), tested positive Covid-19.
Additional collectors-II, South Goa, Sanjit Rodrigues issued orders on Thursday.
Their RT-PCR test was carried out at Louletim PHC on Wednesday.

Sunita Redkar told the South Collectorate Goa after all nine positive returned tests.
Redkar said that one of the family members recently traveled to Mumbai and had developed symptoms immediately after returning.
“Although it cannot be confirmed if he contracts a virus in Mumbai or during his trip, he has a history of going to areas that have the prevalence of Covid-19,” Redkar said.
He said that infection did not spread around it.
“After the whole family was tested positively, we immediately collected samples from their 17th neighbors, and they tested negatives,” he said.
Meanwhile, Mamlatdar SaiSh’s joints rose and Mamlatdar Rajesh Sakhaltar had been appointed as judges and deputy judges, to defend the law and order.
