Nagpur: Goa pattern, in which two Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) Constituents Shiv Sena and NCP have been included in the pre-polling alliance while Congress has decided to go solo, it is very likely to be replicated in the polls of local agencies for Maharashtra.
While Sena and NCP were excited for alliances, Congress seemed fixed on alone.
Shiv Sena spokesman and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut told toi that the pre-polling alliance between the three was needed.
“If we are together with together than it will be useful for all.
Each fights with their strength and adjust the chair accordingly,” said the look.
Known as architect MVA, Raut is one of the few leaders in this country that has direct access and is not limited to Sharad Pawar and Rahul Gandhi.
The proximity to both of them gave an expression to the point of view when discussing the poll alliance.
Rau said, “In Goa, we talked to Congress but it did not agree, so we will advance with NCP.” But for the local agency poll here in Maharashtra, Raut believes the arrangement is being worked on.
“I believe that the coalition will occur, 100% will occur,” said Raut.
“As I said the key is how many people agree to adjust in the alliance.
For example in Nagpur, Sena will play the role of a junior partner.
Likewise, others have to do the same (elsewhere),” said Raut.
The state cabinet and NCP leader Jitendra Awhad agreed, said that MVA had a better chance to make an impact.
“The Alliance puts MVA on a strong footing.
The parties are also aware of which areas they use influence, so the strongest candidates become faces,” Awhad said representing the NCP for the plan to share the Goa chair with Sena.
But local politicians, who have more opportunities to get tickets if all parties go solo, can weigh on party leadership.
Rau said, “Of course, there is pressure from local leaders, but in the end we need a broader perspective.” Awhad said, “It is our duty to convince local leadership about greater interest.” Sena and local NCP leaders also seem to be on the same page.
Dushyant Chaturvedi, Lion Samparh Pramukh, said, “The party’s decision will be final and clear the benefits of entering the famous alliance.
But as part of my duty, I must be prepared for every possibility.” Head of the City of NCP Dhuneshwar Pete said, “MVA came together for Stop BJP and the same thing will happen in the local agency poll too.
In the case of the alliance we will explain to our party workers to think of a bigger picture.
“Trying with the statement of Raut and Awhad, NCP-Shiv Sena Tie Up is certainty and all The one that needs to be done by Congress is to say “Yes”.
Congress, however, is not in the mood to commit.
The leader of the Senior Congress and Cabinet Minister Ballasaheb Thorat said, “Even though our three are part of MVA, we all have the right to expand our party.
In the Pancar Pancar polls that have just been held, Going Solo helps us create a new member and new leader emerging bases.
We will now analyze this and make a decision later.
“Head of Nana Patole Congress Unit always said that the party intends to fight.
