Bicholim: Five Congress Block Committee from Bicholim and Sattari Talukas have urged the former Head of Minister Pratapsingh Rane to oppose the upcoming polls of the State Assembly.
Congressman said Rane had extensive experience and that he had to fight for the election to save the cave from ‘negative politics’.
Members said their request appeared after there was speculation that he would retire from politics at the end of the present.
