Goa: Some legislators illuminate power outages, demand the installation of underground cables

Porvorim: Demands for underground income to ensure unbroken power supply was appointed by several legislators during the discussion of the demands in the assembly.
Cortalim Mla Alina Saldanha shows how some of the election areas experienced a power outage for almost a week after a recent typhoon despite endless efforts by electrical department personnel to recover the power supply.
He said that when some areas of his constituency had a solid tree cover, governing the overhead electric channel because the branches of the trees that fell on them, caused a frequent power outage.
He urged the government to accept the proposal for the installation of electrical cables in the electoral district.
Ponda Mla Ravi rose, while supporting the view of Saldanha, expressing displeasure on the minister of consecutive strength that installation of electrical cables in their respective constituencies while ignoring the project in other constituencies.
He demanded that the underground power cord be taken in his election on priority.
Fatorda Mla Vijai Sardesai said that with a large number of vacancies at a higher level and some officers held additional fees, the electricity department headed to “administrative collapse.” He said that without training for electrical personnel often caused death and accident.
