Panaji: The rainfall activity above Goa has been below its normal value for the past 20 days, according to observations of the Indian Meteorology Department (IMD).
This has become a cumulative rainfall the average lowest state of the season so far.
“The average cumulative rainfall of the new country is only 1% higher than normal this season compared to last year, which is 24% higher than usual,” said IMD Scientist Rahul M.
