Panaji: Two young men, identified as a resident of Porvorim, died on a place after a truck reached their two wheels at the intersection of Coqueiro, in Porvorim, on Saturday night.
The police said they had arrested the truck driver.
The accident caused traffic along the national highway 66 to slow down for almost two hours because the large crowd had gathered in place.
The police said that the dead youth was in the age group of 17-20 years.
Both, two-wheeled and truck walked towards Mapapa when the accident occurred around 9pm.
The body has been sent to GMC for postmortem examination.
