Panaji: The government has decided not to allow a cost increase for the current academic year 2021-2022 and to maintain the same cost structure last year for schools without help.
The Directorate of Education, in circular, has instructed the management of all elementary, medium and high schools that were not paid in Goa not to climb school fees for the academic year 2021-2022.
During a pandemic, the Directorate of Education was asked to intervene in the costs collected by unpaid schools.
“The problem is discussed during the last 2020-2021 academic year and the circulation of the effect is issued by this office to take the necessary steps and attract the increase in costs for the academic year 2020-2021.
