NEW DELHI: Google LLC has claimed that Information Technology principles for electronic media aren’t related to its research, also advised that the Delhi high court on Wednesday to put aside one judge order that implemented the principles on the firm when handling a problem linked to elimination of offending content on the web.
The only judge’s decision came while handling a matter where a lady’s photos were uploaded to a pornographic site by a few miscreants and regardless of court requests that the material couldn’t be eliminated in entirety in your World Wide Web and”errant parties merrily continued” into re-post and divert the exact same to other websites.
A seat of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh issued notice to the Centre, Delhi authorities, Internet Service Providers Association of India, Facebook, the site and the girl, on whose request that the only judge’s judgment came, and hunted their answers into Google’s request by July 25.
