Google introduced new features for search results in February this year.
Known as ‘about this result’, this feature offers the context of users / additional information about websites that appear in search results.
This feature was originally available in the US.
But, it looks only with technology, now gliding to users in India.
What is the Google feature about this result? This feature helps Google search users learn more about the website / results that appear on the Google search page.
It offers additional information about the results so that users can get more context or peace of mind, especially if they are looking for something important, such as health or financial information.
Google said that the feature helped someone ‘find helpful info without having to do another search’.
How to use Google about this result feature? Google searches about this result feature available for desktop, mobile web and Google App on android devices.
This feature can be accessed by clicking on three dot icons in the upper right corner of the results card.
What information will be distributed? After the user knocks three dot icons from the results card, Google will display the website description of Wikipedia, in many cases.
If a website does not have a wikipedia description, Google will display an additional context that might be available, such as when Google first indexes the site.
In addition to information about websites, users will also be able to see whether their connection to the site is safe based on the use of HTTPS protocols to help you stay safe when you explore the web.
It will also show the search information about several of the most important factors used by Google Search to link results for their query.
This will then help people decide what results are useful for them.
