Google Documents on Android and iOS have got this new feature

Google has launched a page break function for paragraphs on the docs cellular application for Android and iOS.
The technology giant has introduced this feature to the web version last year in October and has now been launched for cellphones.
“You can mark paragraphs to always start on a new page with the option” Add Page Break Before “on Google Documents.
This is very useful if you want certain paragraph styles to always create a new page such as titles, subtitles, or titles.”, Said Google on a blog post.
It must take care of extra efforts that can be used to edit heavy text with the title and subtitle.
According to Google, you can also import and export Microsoft Word and other third-party documents that come up with the “Break Page Before” settings applied to the paragraph to the document and the application will maintain the format.
To find out if you have this feature, open the Google Docs application on your mobile and tap on the format option (a-icon visible next to Undo and Redo function at the top of the doc) and then go to ‘paragraph’.
In that window, scroll down to check if there is a switch ‘Add page before’.
Toggle will appear right under the ‘space line’.
If it’s not there, it has patience because Google has said that it can take up to 7 days for Android users and up to 15 days for iOS users to get it.
If it helps, the launch starts on January 20.
Updates will be available for all Google Workspace, G Suite Basic and G Suite business customers.
