Google expanded this exclusive Google class feature to other Gmeet users

Google Workspace users can now add up to 25 co-hosts for virtual meetings.
Google has shared updates by posting workspace blog.
“We expand the moderation control meeting on Google fulfilling with several highly requested features” write Google at the post.
As per posting, Google carries three important changes to Google Meet for Workspace.
First, users will be able to set up to 25 co-hosts per meeting.
It also adds to the security features to limit who can share the screen during a virtual meeting.
Secondly, the host meeting will also be able to control who can send chat messages, the end of the meeting and mute all users.
The third feature is the “Quick Access” setting that offers easy control over who needs permission to join the meeting.
“We hope this expanded control makes you easier to maintain a productive, safe, and help to prevent potential interference”, said Google.
This security feature is now available for Google’s workspace for educational customers.
Now, they will be available for all users who meet Google on desktop and cellular.
Quick access control will be turned on by default for most Google workspace users.
When access is quickly activated, the meeting participants from your domain can automatically join meetings from cellular or desktop devices, and by pressing.
If access is quickly disabled, the host must join the meeting first.
Furthermore, only invited participants can join without asking.
All the other participants and those who were called must ask to join the meeting.
There are no anonymous users who can join meetings and only hosts who can get out of the meeting.
When these new features will become available and web users will get new features starting August 16.
This will have a gradual launch with visibility features up to 15 days.
Google meets iOS users will start receiving new features from August 30.
