Google makes youtube, search is safer for children, this way

Online safety for children is the most important for parents because the internet is full of items they should tighten before a certain age.
To ensure that the application is safe for children, Google has launched new features to protect it.
Google’s policy does not allow children under 13 to create a standard Google account but there are still features that allow them to use the ‘responsible’ application.
Here are new features that will protect children online, according to Google.
New safety options on YouTube, Youtube KidsGoogle will gradually begin to adjust the default upload settings to the most personal options available for users aged 13-17 on YouTube.
By doing that, the content can only be seen by the user and whoever they choose.
“We want to help younger users make decisions based on information on their online footprint and digital privacy, including encouraging them to make deliberate choices if they want to make their public content,” said James Beser, Director of Product Management, Children and Families , Google.
Safer search options for KidsGogle have a feature called SafeSearch, which helps filter explicit results when activated and already active by default for all users signed under 13 managed by the family.
In the coming months, Google will change SafeSearch on for users under 18 years and make this default settings for teens set up new accounts.
Make an application download the application that amangoogle launches a new safety section in the Play Store that will notify the parent where the application follows the company’s family policy.
Furthermore, the application will be asked to reveal how they use the data they collect in more detail, making it easier for parents to decide whether this application is right for their child before they download it.
More controls to parents to monitor children’s online plans set to launch new digital welfare filters that allow people to block news, podcasts, and access to web pages on smart devices that are activated assistants.

“It is our duty to make it easier for children and adolescents to understand what data is being collected, why, and how it is used,” he said.

There are no special dates when these features will be launched.
Google, however, said that all of these features will reach users in “coming months.”
