Google finally expanded the Android Auto Beta program to allow more users to become beta testers and test new and upcoming features.
Previously, Android Auto had a limited slot and mostly when people wanted to join it got an error message that the slot is currently full.
That doesn’t happen again.
More users with Android smartphones and ready to deal with Buggy software experience can now register with the Beta program.
“As a beta tester, you can help us build a better Android version.
You can test how well new features work with certain cellphones and vehicles in the part of your world,” Google has mentioned in the blog posts.
Blog posts also mention the steps that someone must do to become an Android auto beta tester.
They can go to the opt-in page and choose the option to become a tester.
After registering for the program, they can download beta updates for applications from the Google Play Store.
Google has also warned that beta testing versions can be unstable and some features may not function properly.
In any case what users want to use from the Beta program can do it by going to the opt-out page and choosing to leave the program option.
This new beta expansion for Android Auto is not surprising.
Given the recent Android automatic expansion last year, Google will need more users to test new features and feedback.
