Because Google launched the latest Pixel 6 flagship smartphone and Pixel 6 Pro last month, many users complained about slow fingerprint scanners on the device.
This problem is also recognized by companies that say that fingerprint sensors utilize enhanced security algorithms and in some cases, these additional protection can take longer to verify.
Now, the company has launched a November security patch for a smartphone reported to focus on repairing a slow fingerprint scanner.
According to Verizon, the middle cycle update “improves the performance of your device’s fingerprint sensor.” Relatively small updates (14.56MB) for Google Pixel 6 smartphones and do not add other features to the device.
The company has not released Changelog for patches.
Users can check whether they have received updates by logging into settings> Systems> Advanced Levels> System updates.
Users can also connect updates manually using OTA files.
Recently, the company also adds adaptive sound features to both smartphones.
This feature uses a microphone on the device to study the level of audio and acoustics around it.
Then adjust the equalizer according to providing a better audio output.
This feature is disabled by default and can be activated by entering the adaptive sound section below the settings.
Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro is powered by Google Tensor, Google’s first processor.
Google claims that tensor has been designed specifically around Google AI.

Until now, devices are only available in eight countries – Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, England and the United States.
