Google Vice President for Android, Chrome, Chrome OS, Play and Phoot, Hiroshi Lockheimer has several hard words for Apple on the Imessage policy.
In a tweet, Lockheimer said that Apple did not accept RCS standards because they wanted to keep the IMESSAGE locking system intact.
